Our bakery is powered by purpose — and by a dedicated team of over 40 individuals, including our incredible bakers and the support volunteers who stand beside them. Together, they show up, work hard, and pour their hearts into every loaf, cookie, and pie we make. What happens in our kitchen is real work, done with real skill and real pride.

 

Right now, our biggest challenge is space. We are currently operating out of a makeshift kitchen in Nyack, but we are actively searching for a permanent home — a fully equipped kitchen and welcoming storefront that truly reflects who we are and what we stand for.
