About the event

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to create the perfect sourdough loaf from start to finish. Discover how to care for a healthy starter, mix and fold dough by hand without a mixer, shape your bread, and use your home oven to achieve a crunchy, golden crust with a soft, airy crumb.
Guided by our artisan bakers, you’ll work through every step of the process — from fermentation to shaping and baking techniques. By the end of class, you’ll take home two loaves: one fully baked and ready to slice, and one proofed and ready to bake fresh the next morning.
Whether you’re new to sourdough or refining your skills, this workshop delivers practical techniques, confidence, and delicious results you can recreate at home.
