WHAT IS GLUTEN FREE BREAD?

What is Gluten? Gluten is a protein found in grains such as rye, wheat & barley. Many people with celiac disease, a chronic digestive and immune disorder, don’t consume gluten as it can trigger an immune response.  There are many foods that are naturally gluten-free! Vegetables, legumes, dairy products, oils, fish, meat & fruits.

Gluten Free Is done in a gluten environment but always highly separated with care to the other flours.
