   Sourdough bread uses a natural process called a “starter” consisting of a fermented flour that helps it rise (wild lactobacillaceae).  Other types of bread is made using yeast packets.  Naturally fermented bread is beneficial with nutrients such as Vitamin E, iron, B12, calcium, potassium, & magnesium. This helps promote healthy gut bacteria and natural delicious flavored bread!
