Fran Correa is a bilingual global business development and sales leader whose career spans technology, financial services, healthcare, and education. She is the founder and CEO of Vision Strategic Consulting, a woman- and minority-owned consultancy where she advises clients
across industries on sales effectiveness, strategic planning, and organizational leadership.

Prior to founding Vision Strategic Consulting, Fran held senior executive roles at Verizon, where she served as Regional Vice President with P&L responsibility exceeding $450M, consistently surpassing revenue targets and earning recognition as a top global performer in strategic product sales. She subsequently served as National Training Officer and Vice President of Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley and as Director of National Accounts at Kaplan, leading growth initiatives for Fortune 50 financial services firms.
